IET is overseen by a Management Committee, which acts as a board of directors, managing and supervising the business and electing officers. Day to day operation of the Company is the responsibility of the Management Team. The following table sets forth information concerning the members of the Management Committee of the Company.

Gary Cook, the Chairman of the Management Committee, is
the former Chairman, President, and CEO of Witco Corporation.
Dr. Cook received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University
of Virginia and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and University. He joined E. I. DuPont in 1969 as
a Research Chemist. He spent 23 years with DuPont, holding
a variety of senior management positions, including Vice President
of Medical Products, Vice President and General Manager of
Publishing and Printing, and Vice President-Corporate Plans.
He joined Ethyl Corporation as Senior Vice President and President-Chemicals
Group and Director in 1992. In 1994, the Chemicals Group was
spun off from Ethyl as the Albemarle Corporation as an independently
traded specialty chemical company. Dr. Cook served as President
and Chief Operating Officer of Albemarle. He was named Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Witco Corporation
in 1996. He served in that capacity until the merger of Witco
and Crompton and Knowles in 1999, at which time he was named
Chairman of the merged company, CKWitco. Dr. Cook has served
on numerous industry association boards, including those of
the Chemical Manufacturers Association, the Soap and Detergent
Association, the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation, and the
Health Industry Manufacturers Association. He has served as
a director of more than a half-dozen public companies over
the last twenty years, and is currently a director of Trimeris
Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company and Chairman of the
Board of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, a building products
company.

Dr.
Daniel R. Cohn, the Vice Chairman of the Management Committee,
received an AB from the University of California at Berkeley
and a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT. Dr. Cohn was President and
CEO of IET from 1996 to 2000. Dr. Cohn is currently a senior
research scientist at MIT and is Head of the Plasma Technology
Division of the Plasma Science and Fusion Center, one of MIT's
largest on-campus research laboratories. He is also affiliated
with the Nuclear Engineering Department. Dr. Cohn has been
on the research staff at MIT since 1971. His research has
been primarily on energy and environmental applications of
plasmas. He served as Acting Assistant Director of the Plasma
Science Center and was responsible for governmental relations.
He was a consultant in laser related defense technologies
for the MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 1986 to 1990. Dr. Cohn
is a holder of 20 U.S. patents and a number of related foreign
patents. He has authored or co-authored more than 150 publications
in journals, conference proceedings and book chapters. He
is a fellow of the American Physical Society and a member
of the American Nuclear Society where he served as Chairman
of the Fusion Energy Division. Dr. Cohn was Editor of the
Journal of Fusion Energy from 1984 to 1992. He is a member
of Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Cohn was a recipient of an R&D
100 Award for development of technologically significant new
products in 1994, 1995 and 1998. He was the winner of the
Discover Award for Technological Innovation in Transportation
in 1999. His biography is included in Marquis Who's Who in
the World, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in Science
and Engineering.

Jeffrey E. Surma, the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Management Committee holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University. In 1985, he joined Battelle PNNL and has been involved in several design projects in the area of high level radioactive and hazardous waste treatment. Mr. Surma previously led the Electrochemical Engineering Group in developing technologies for remediation and waste treatment based on electrochemical principles. He has also managed projects involving a variety of vitrification technologies. Through these projects, Mr. Surma has been involved in the design of radioactive waste technologies at various U.S. Department of Energy installations. Additionally, he was program manager for the MK-42 Processing Project which involved processing special nuclear materials for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. Mr. Surma has received citations for his work including the Pacific Northwest Directors Award for excellence in engineering in 1990 and the R&D 100 Award in 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1998. In addition to his position at Battelle PNNL, he has been on staff at MIT's Plasma Fusion Center as a Visiting Engineer. Mr. Surma has been the author or presenter of over 45 technical papers, has been awarded 13 U.S. patents and has managed a broad multi-institution research program investigating DC arc plasma processing of mixed wastes, involving Battelle PNNL, MIT and T&R Associates.

Larry
Dinkin, a member of the Management Committee, has an extensive
background in business startup and management. He has been the
key individual involved in the startup of three successful companies.
The most recent of these companies, Marie Callender Retail Foods,
was grown during Mr. Dinkin's tenure from a startup in 1987
with $2 million of venture capital to a business with over $160
million in sales in 1994 and was sold in September 1994 to Con
Agra. During his career, Mr. Dinkin has received several business
awards, including Long Island Entrepreneur of the Year from
Inc. Magazine and a Clio Award for his Marie Callender design
work. He was featured in the June 26, 1995 issue of Advertising
Age magazine in the "Marketing 100" (the 100 hottest marketing
successes) for the Marie Callender concept. Prior to his startup
and management career, Mr. Dinkin was employed as a computer
consultant at Univac, and at Coopers and Lybrand. LD77 Holding
Corp., of which Mr. Dinkin is the principal, has invested approximately
$2.25 million in IET to date. In addition, Mr. Dinkin and his
family have invested over $1 million of personal funds in IET.

Herman Fialkov, a member of the Management Committee, has been an advisor to IET since 1996. He was founder and President of General Transistor Corporation, which he merged with General Instrument Corporation in 1960. There he established the pioneering large-scale integrated circuit division, later spun off as the present Microchip Technology, Inc. Later, as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Jerrold Electronics, placing General Instrument in a leadership position in the emerging cable television market. He is a General Partner of PolyVentures, a Long Island, NY venture firm, that invests in startup and early stage technology ventures. From the 1960s to the present, as a General Partner of Geiger & Fialkov LP, PolyVentures, and as President of Aleph Null Corporation, Mr. Fialkov financed and helped develop many successful companies. He was among the founding investors in Intel and Teledyne. Other successful investments include Xynetics, Inc., which was sold to General Signal, which later spun out its components as Ultratech Stepper, and Electroglas, Inc. He was a founding or early stage investor in Standard Microsystems, Microsemi Corp., EIS International, DSP Group, DSP Communications, and OPAL. He was President and later Chairman of Standard Microsystems during its early growth period. Mr. Fialkov is an engineering graduate of New York University and is a trustee of Polytechnic University. He is a director of several corporations including Globecomm Systems Inc., and Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc.

Dr. Nicholas Pappas, a member of the Management Committee is the former Chairman of the Board of Chemfab Corp. and a former Director and Member of the Board of Nova Chemicals and Crompton Chemicals. Dr. Pappas was President and Chief Operating Officer of Rollins Environmental Services and later Vice Chairman of the Board from July 1991 to March 1996. Dr. Pappas retired from the DuPont Company in December 1990 after approximately 34 years of service where he was Executive Vice President and a member of Dupont's Executive Committee.

Andrew B. Krieger, a member of the Management Committee, who also serves as a consultant to IET, is the Senior Managing Director of Northeast Securities, Inc., an investment banking and brokerage firm. Mr. Krieger has over thirty years of experience in the financial community and, more specifically, the securities industry. He founded and sold an investment banking and brokerage firm clearing through Bear Stearns Securities Corp. Mr. Krieger has provided investment banking and venture capital services for more than 50 companies.

Charles
A. Galford, a member of the Management Committee representing
the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, has extensive experience
in law, business development, marketing, public relations and
media strategies. Mr. Galford received his BA from the University
of Michigan and a JD from Yale Law School. He has been a partner
in two major Northwest law firms and worked as a marketing executive
at NIKE, where he helped devise NIKE’s Air Jordan and
NIKE Air strategies. Mr. Galford has owned and operated a sports
marketing firm and served as an owner/managing member of a company
providing economic development services, including casino development
and management, to various Native American tribes. Throughout
his career, Mr. Galford has worked for and/or consulted with
a large number of Indian tribes and Alaska Native Corporations.
Mr. Galford serves as vice-president and board of directors
member for various companies owned by the Paskenta Nomlaki Tribe.
The Paskenta Nomlaki Tribe is located in northern California
and has developed several successful business enterprises. The
Tribe is a major investor in IET and, through one of its companies,
Tepa LLC, is a joint venture partner with IET for the development
of federal contracts for the PEM.
