S4 Energy Solutions (S4) is a joint venture between InEnTec and Waste Management, Inc. – the world’s foremost waste treatment and disposal company.  S4 will build, own, and operate PEM® facilities that use municipal, industrial and medical waste as a feedstock to create valuable products including transportation fuels such as ethanol and diesel, industrial products such as hydrogen and methanol, and other energy products such as electricity and steam.  S4 was formed on February 16, 2009 and will operate worldwide.  For more information, please visit www.s4energysolutions.com

InEnTec Leasing Services LLC

InEnTec Leasing Services is joint venture between InEnTec and Tepa LLC that builds, owns, and operates PEM®-based facilities to serve the United States government, including military installations and natural disaster recovery.  InEnTec Leasing Services owns and operates a transportable Model G30, a fully self-contained system that can be brought to a site and be set up to process materials for variable durations before being moved to another site.  For more information, visit Tepa’s site here.
