InEnTec has formed strategic subsidiaries that will build, own, operate, and market PEM® systems in different market areas: S4 Energy Solutions, LLC (S4), formed in 2009 as a joint venture by InEnTec and Waste Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of InEnTec Inc. Waste Management, Inc. (NYSE: WM) is one of InEnTec's largest shareholders. S4 builds, owns, and operates PEM® facilities that use municipal, industrial and medical waste as a feedstock to create valuable products including transportation fuels such as ethanol and diesel, industrial products such as hydrogen and methanol, and other energy products such as electricity and steam. InEnTec Leasing Services owns and operates a transportable Model G30, a fully self-contained system that can be brought to a site and be set up to process materials for variable durations before being moved to another site.
