InEnTec has formed strategic subsidiaries that will build, own, operate, and market PEM® systems in different market areas:
S4 Energy Solutions (S4) is a joint venture between InEnTec and Waste Management, Inc. – the world’s foremost waste treatment and disposal company. S4 will build, own, and operate PEM® facilities that use municipal, industrial and medical waste as a feedstock to create valuable products including transportation fuels such as ethanol and diesel, industrial products such as hydrogen and methanol, and other energy products such as electricity and steam. InEnTec Chemical is a joint venture between InEnTec and Lakeside Energy LLC – an energy technology investment company. The company builds, owns and operates PEM®-based facilities that produce chemicals or recycle residuals within the chemical industry, or that use hazardous waste as feedstock. InEnTec Leasing Services LLC
InEnTec Leasing Services is joint venture between InEnTec and Tepa LLC that builds, owns, and operates PEM®-based facilities to serve the United States government, including military installations and natural disaster recovery. InEnTec Leasing Services owns and operates a transportable Model G30, a fully self-contained system that can be brought to a site and be set up to process materials for variable durations before being moved to another site.
