S4 Energy Solutions, LLC (S4), formed in 2009 as a joint venture by InEnTec and Waste Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of InEnTec Inc. Waste Management, Inc. InEnTec Leasing Services LLC
InEnTec Leasing Services is joint venture between InEnTec and Tepa LLC that builds, owns, and operates PEM®-based facilities to serve the United States government, including military installations and natural disaster recovery. InEnTec Leasing Services owns and operates a transportable Model G30, a fully self-contained system that can be brought to a site and be set up to process materials for variable durations before being moved to another site.
